My sister and I attended the
National Powwow held in Washington, D.C. this summer. This
little boy was chosen to dance against another young boy for a
"tie-break" dance. Before he began the dance an older man came
over to him to give him a pep talk, and then they shook hands.
I was struck by how determined this boy was to do a good job, at
such a young age,
